Warfighter UGV Deploys with 1 Armoured Regiment at Talisman Sabre

Cyborg’s Warfighter UGV has completed successful operational testing and evaluation at Exercise Talisman Sabre.

This was after successful testing at Project Convergence Capstone 5 (PCC5) and a staging exercise in Cultana in May 2025.

The platform was able to support external control from a high level autonomy solution with Mission Systems Pty Ltd and Remote Weapons Station integration from Electro Optic Systems.

3 x operational activities were conducted over 6 months, and no OEM servicing was required inbetween, nor anyengineering support required to maintain or configure it during the activities. “This highlights the platforms robustness and high TRL developed over 6+ years in tactical policing, defence and mining applications.” - said GM Ryan Marple.

An Australian Army representitive explained “The Warfighter UGV has seen extensive use with (Army) across a variety of mission profiles, including urban clearances and support to reconnaissance efforts in dismounted Ops (in California, Cultana and Shoalwater Bay). It’s proven to be the most resilient and terrain-capable UGV platform we’ve tested to date”
