Cyborg’s Codeveloped Safe-T- Mover Enters Production

Australian robotics and engineering firm Cyborg Dynamics Engineering has officially transitioned one of its flagship commercial projects, the Safe-T-Mover, into full-rate production, with initial units already shipping to customers.

Developed in partnership with commercial safety leaders Safety Dave and RPM Automotive Group Limited, the motorised trailer mover alternative offers a high-performance solution for maneuvering heavy dual-axle caravans and trailers across challenging terrains.

The design brief for the Safe-T-Mover presented a distinct engineering challenge: build a mover with an industry-leading power-to-weight ratio light enough to be lifted comfortably by retirees while retaining the torque necessary to haul heavy loads across uneven ground.

To achieve this, Cyborg Dynamics executed a ground-up development program combining advanced mechanical engineering, smart sensing, and mass-manufacturing readiness.

The milestone highlights Cyborg Dynamics' ability to take complex hardware products from initial concept, through rigorous design and optimization, straight into volume manufacturing.
